🧭 Who We Are

We are a fast-growing Web3 x AI fintech company building the next-generation cross-border remittance infrastructure. We serve global institutions including banks, e-commerce platforms, and payment providers.
We're now looking for an Integration Support Engineer based in Kuala Lumpur to join our technical support and customer solutions team. In this role, you’ll act as a key link between our backend systems and our clients’ integration teams, supporting them as they connect to our APIs and platform.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the first line of technical contact for client developers and integration teams during onboarding and go-live;
  • Guide clients through our API documentation and platform configurations;
  • Provide support for testing environments, credentials, and endpoint setup;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance) to resolve integration-related issues;
  • Contribute to the creation of API guides, FAQs, postmortems, and knowledge base articles;
  • Participate in cross-timezone support meetings and regional integration projects — occasional short business trips to Singapore, Hong Kong, or China may be required;
  • Assist with incident response and communication for integration-critical clients (on-call rotation may apply).

✅ What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP, Webhooks, and Postman;
  • Ability to debug request/response flows and assist in integration troubleshooting;
  • Experience working with client-side integration, API support, or technical implementation is highly preferred.
  • A basic understanding of SQL and backend system logs is a plus.
  • Prior experience with SaaS onboarding, fintech, or infrastructure tools (e.g., Cloud Server, API gateway) is a bonus.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you're confident interacting with both developers and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, multi-timezone environment;
  • Fluent in English (required); Mandarin is a strong plus (especially for regional clients).

Mindset & Culture Fit

  • Highly responsible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented;
  • Quick learner and eager to understand cross-border payment infrastructure;
  • Solution-oriented and proactive in suggesting improvements to the integration experience.

🎯 你将负责的工作内容

  • 担任客户技术对接的第一联系人,协助其完成 API 接入与平台集成;
  • 指导客户使用 API 文档,配置接口参数和平台设置;
  • 提供测试环境支持、接口调试帮助与上线前的验证服务;
  • 协调产品、技术、合规等内部团队资源,协助客户解决问题;
  • 参与编写 API 集成指南、常见问题文档、集成后复盘总结等;
  • 跨时区参与来自东南亚/中东/欧美地区客户的对接会议;
  • 视项目需要,可能参与短期的出差(如新加坡、香港或中国大陆);
  • 参与 incident first-response,协助处理重要客户的集成故障(可选 on-call 支持机制)。

✅ 我们希望你具备以下能力

技术能力:

  • 熟悉 RESTful API、HTTP、Webhook,并熟练使用 Postman 等调试工具;
  • 能理解请求响应机制,协助排查常见接口问题;
  • 有过客户集成、API 技术支持或系统实施经验者优先;
  • 熟悉 SQL 查询、有后端或日志排查能力者加分;
  • 熟悉云服务器、API 网关或金融行业中间件者优先。

沟通协作:

  • 善于表达、耐心服务客户,能与技术及非技术角色协同工作;
  • 适应多语言、多文化、跨时区远程协作的环境;
  • 英语沟通能力良好(必须),中文书写/沟通能力为加分项(便于服务中文客户)。

工作态度:

  • 有责任心,能独立推进任务并关注细节;
  • 热衷学习新技术,愿意深入了解跨境支付、清结算、合规相关知识;
  • 主动思考并优化流程,提升客户集成效率。
