岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
- 负责海外市场（如东南亚、欧美等）的商务拓展，开发境外银行、支付机构、汇款机构等中大型客户
Responsible for business development in overseas markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, etc.), and developing medium-to-large clients such as cross-border Financial institutions or Ps.
- 维护与海外合作伙伴及大客户的长期关系，处理客户反馈与问题
Maintain long-term relationships with overseas partners and key clients, and address client feedback and issues.
- 分析海外市场趋势与竞对动态，提出市场拓展方案与产品优化建议
Analyze overseas market trends and competitor activities, and put forward proposals for market expansion and recommendations for product optimization.
- 协同内部产品、运营、技术等部门推动合作项目落地
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Product, Operations, Technology) to drive the launch and delivery of cooperative projects.
任职要求 Job Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3 年以上海外商务拓展或大客户销售经验
Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in overseas business development or key account sales.
- 有跨境支付、跨境电商、互联网金行业经验者优先
Experience in cross-border payments, cross-border e-commerce, and Internet finance is preferred.
- 出色的商务谈判和沟通能力，能独立完成大客户方案
Excellent business negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to independently develop solutions for key accounts.
- 优秀的英语听说读写能力，能作为工作语言
Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with English as a working language.
- 抗压能力强，能适应出差和时差工作
Strong ability to work under pressure, and willingness/ability to adapt to business trips and working across time zones.
加分项Preferred Qualifications
- 掌握东南亚小语种（如泰语、越南语等）
Proficiency in Southeast Asian languages (e.g., Thai, Vietnamese, etc.).
- 熟悉跨境支付、VCC（虚拟信用卡）或数字货币行业
Familiarity with the cross-border payments, VCC (Virtual Credit Card), or digital currency industry.
